Centralized AI capabilities: The enhanced offering is based around the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, a tool allowing businesses to build, manage, and coordinate AI agents from both Adobe and third-party ecosystems. Agent Orchestrator enables the automation of complex decision-making processes, giving Adobe customers the option to enhance the delivery of targeted and immersive experiences.
Suite of AI Agents: Complementing the Agent Orchestrator, Adobe has introduced ten specialized AI agents designed to augment various business functions, including:
Account Qualification Agent: Evaluates and advances new sales opportunities by engaging key members of buying groups.
Audience Agent: Analyzes cross-channel engagement data to create and optimize high-value audience segments for personalized campaigns.
Content Production Agent: Assists in generating and assembling content based on briefs, adhering to brand guidelines to streamline content creation.
The agents are integrated within Adobe's enterprise applications, including Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and are intended to enhance marketing and creative teams' capabilities to deliver personalization at scale.
Enhanced chatbot experience: Adobe has also unveiled Brand Concierge, an AI agent it says represents an evolution beyond traditional chatbots to richer, brand-centered experiences. Adobe says Brand Concierge can draw on a company's unique brand attributes and customer data to help create personalized, immersive, and conversational experiences for consumers, guiding them from exploration to purchase decisions across text, voice, and image interactions.
