founders

Pranav Piyush

Co-founder, CEO

Pranav has been an engineer, PM, and VP of Marketing, with experience at Bill, Pilot, Dropbox, PayPal, Magento, and more. He loves talking to customers, finding solutions, and occasionally breaking the build in creative ways.

When he’s not working, he’s dancing with his daughters to KidzBop, watching the Warriors, or reading up on marketing.

Pete Belknap

Co-founder, CTO

Pete’s a Stanford-trained engineer who’s led product teams at Pilot, Dropbox, Invoice2go, and Oracle. He’s built everything from iOS apps to backend systems, and still has a soft spot for SQL (but not C).

He found his groove as an engineering manager, proudly earning the title “world’s okayest boss.” Outside of work, you’ll find him geeking out on databases or dodging another rewrite request.

We believe that a team’s documentation practices are one of the best predictors of its velocity. The best-performing teams we’ve been on have been zealots about documentation, and the opposite is true for the worst. When documentation is healthy, new folks onboard quickly, meetings are a good use of time, and workload is balanced across individuals — and that’s just the beginning.

✈️ Relocation support

We offer relocation assistance for our technical roles. Up to $20k for relocation from outside California and up to $10k for relocation from outside the bay area (within California)

🏖️ PTO

We have a simple PTO policy — everyone gets 4 weeks of PTO a year. We also observe all federal holidays.

🏥 Health

100% of employee and 50% of family health insurance premiums covered. Choices include Gold PPO, Platinum PPO, and Platinum HMO.Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability coverage as well.
